Shipping Rates
Shipping fees will vary by destination. For any order/s weighing in at or over 5kgs, the shipping price is only estimated.
Delivery Times
All in orders in stock are usually shipped within 4 working business days once billing information and payment
has been verified. Please be sure to provide complete details such as your cellular phone number so we can send
a text message regarding status of your order.
We only ship to physical addresses, orders with a P.O. box may be cancelled if required.
Modes of Shipping
- U.P.S (United Parcel Service):
We ship all U.P.S shipping requested orders via "UPS Worldwide Express Saver". These orders usually reach within
3-5 days. A tracking number is provided for orders shipped by U.P.S.
- Speed Post International Service (EMS):
All orders shipped via this option usually reach within 7-10 days, subject to local customs clearance. Though
this mode takes longer to reach you, it is cheaper at about half the shipping cost of UPS.

Insurance
All orders which are shipped are uninsured. Orders are shipped at your risk. If you wish to insure your
consignment do write to us, so we can send you a quote.
Delivery to Military APO/FPO Addresses
Orders delivered to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Standard ground shipping charges
will apply.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
The final shipping costs to addresses outside the continental US may be higher than shown during checkout.
Changes & Cancellation
It is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped. But we can make changes or cancel your
order if it has not been shipped.
Additional Cost and Charges
Your orders may be subject to your local customs charges, customs clearance charges etc. These additional costs
and charge are not included in our price and have to be borne by you, the customer.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the delicate nature of our handmade and unique papers, they are not returnable. We do our best to
describe the papers through our photos. Due to limitations photography there can be variances in photographic
representation. We take great care in packaging your order so that it arrives in as perfect condition as when
it leaves our hands. If, however, your order arrives in some way damaged, please contact us immediately so that
we may make a claim with the appropriate carrier and replace your order. If for some reason we are not available
to take your call, please leave a message with your name, order number and phone number, and we will contact you
as soon as possible. Your satisfaction with your purchase is our highest priority.
Packaging
We ship all our orders in appropriate packing, such as a cardboard tube, duly wrapped in plastic to protect
the merchandise from the elements.
Shipping Modifications
We are happy to accommodate your special shipping requests, if possible. If you request a special shipping
service we will cancel you existing order and reissue your order with the appropriate shipping services and
related costs applied. You will receive an additional order confirmation showing the change in shipping and
the related fees.
We Reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel any order if we feel it necessary to do so. All purchases made
on this website are subject to the Jurisdiction of the Honourable High Court of Bombay.
